Meanwhile, a separate yellow rain warning has been issued for Cavan, Donegal, and all of Connacht - Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Roscommon, and Sligo - in effect from 10pm tonight until 5am on Wednesday morning. These nine countries can expect heavy blustery rain, which may result in difficult travelling conditions, poor visibility and localised flooding."
"Meanwhile, it will be a dry and bright morning for many areas today, with well-scattered showers, which might become more frequent in Ulster early on. It will be cloudy, as rain and drizzle will develop in the southwest later in the morning, gradually extending northeastwards through the day. The rain might turn heavy in the west and southwest later today, however it will not reach Ulster until the night. Temperatures today will range between 14 and 17C."
