CSAD evaluated evidence regarding Bezerra's exposure to mesterolone and concluded that she did not intentionally use or expose herself to significant quantities of the substance. Based on cooperation and the absence of intentional use, CSAD imposed a nine-month period of ineligibility for Bezerra.
