"The first device in OnePlus' new Turbo line has just been outed in the live images you can see below. This is the OnePlus Turbo, and there will be another handset launching alongside it, presumably the OnePlus Turbo Pro. Back to the Turbo, though, the star of today's leak. It's rumored to sport a 6.8-inch display with "1.5K" resolution and 144Hz refresh rate, which is interesting because previous rumors said it would be 165Hz."
"Anyway, moving on, the Turbo is allegedly powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC, which again doesn't align with past leaks claiming it would be the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 instead. What all the leaks do thankfully agree on is the 9,000 mAh battery which supports 80W wired charging. The phone will allegedly be made out of plastic. It will be offered in at least two colors, blue and black."
OnePlus Turbo is presented as the first phone in a new Turbo lineup with a 6.8-inch "1.5K" display and a 144Hz refresh rate. Conflicting reports exist about the chipset, with recent information pointing to the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 rather than the previously rumored Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. The device reportedly houses a very large 9,000 mAh battery that supports 80W wired charging. The handset is said to use a plastic construction and will be offered in blue and black. Launch timing is indicated as March internationally, with an earlier January release expected in China and possible Nord rebranding globally.
