"vivo hasn't announced the launch date of the V70 and V70 Elite yet, but the brand has set up a promo page on its official Indian website, revealing the lineup's key specs and the design of what's probably the V70 Elite. More importantly, vivo revealed the chipsets that will power the two smartphones. The V70 Elite will have the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC at the helm, while the V70 will have the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC under the hood."
"The V70 lineup will feature a 6.59-inch "1.5K Ultra Clear OLED Display," having 5,000 nits peak brightness, 120Hz refresh rate, and HDR support. The display will also have a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner embedded with "3D Anti-spoofing technology" and support for wet touch, while the centered punch-hole will house a 50MP selfie camera co-developed with ZEISS."
"Around the back, you'll find three cameras co-developed with ZEISS - a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP "Night Telephoto" camera, and an ultrawide camera rumored to have 8MP resolution. Both models will use LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage and will ship with Android 16-based OriginOS 6, promising four OS upgrades and six years of security updates.
