JWords, a New Jersey-based producer, is releasing Sound Therapy on May 8 as a self-released project. The album marks her second solo effort following 2022's Self-Connection and represents her debut as a lead vocalist. Sound Therapy includes collaborations with Kingsley Ibeneche and Nappy Nina, an artist whose 2021 album Double Down JWords previously produced. The lead single 'Lush' is available now. Beyond her solo career, JWords continues work as one-half of the duo H31R with Brooklyn rapper Maassai, whose most recent album was released in 2023.
