Both incidents involved the suspect fleeing on foot. The suspect is described as a light-complexioned male last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, light-colored sweater, and black sneakers. Crime Stoppers has released photos and is offering a reward of up to $3,500 for information leading to an arrest.
