Klint Kubiak confirmed he will leave the Seattle Seahawks to become head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders. His final game with Seattle was a Super Bowl win, a 29-13 victory over the New England Patriots. Kubiak announced the move on NFL Network from Levi's Stadium and expressed excitement about joining Las Vegas. A deal could not be finalized until the Seahawks' season concluded. Kubiak is the son of former Denver Broncos coach Gary Kubiak. In one season in Seattle the offense ranked highly across multiple categories with quarterback Sam Darnold. Las Vegas went 3-14 this season and holds the top 2026 draft pick.
