Police reported that a 26-year-old man was stabbed and wounded aboard a moving 7 train in Queens late Sunday night. The victim sustained knife wounds to the neck and back as the train neared the 111th Street station in Corona at about 11:20 p.m. The assailant exited the car when the train arrived at the station and fled the scene. Emergency responders transported the man to New York-Presbyterian Hospital Queens, where he remains in stable condition. Law enforcement officials have not yet identified or apprehended the attacker, who remains at large.
