Also Tuesday at 10 a.m. the NYC Council Subcommittee on Zoning and Franchises will hold a public hearing on several land use applications, including the Jamaica Neighborhood Plan and an Ocean Crest Article XI technical correction. Wednesday, Sept. 10 the Subcommittee and Land Use Committee will consider multiple rezoning and technical-correction applications including 1946 East 7th Street, 5602–5604 Broadway, and a Cozy Corner sidewalk cafe application in Ridgewood.
