"Two people were shot, one fatally, when a pair of masked men opened fire at a housing project in Brooklyn, police said Friday. A 28-year-old man was shot in the head and a 23-year-old woman was grazed in the neck when bullets started flying at NYCHA's Armstrong II Houses on Lexington Ave. near Tompkins Ave. in Bedford Stuyvesant at about 11:50 p.m. Thursday."
"EMS rushed both victims to Kings County Hospital, where the older man died. His name was not immediately disclosed. The second victim is expected to survive. Two gunmen, both wearing masks and blue sweaters, were last seen running south on Lexington Ave., police sources said. No arrests have been made. Cops on Friday were scouring the area for surveillance footage that can help them identify the shooters and track their movements."
