Russell Wilson was penalized for intentional grounding after throwing beyond the end zone, rushed for four yards on second down, threw the ball away on third down, and threw the ball away again on fourth-and-goal from the 10. Former coach Rex Ryan reacted angrily to those plays, calling the throws unacceptable and suggesting Wilson should be benched.
