Portland hosts its inaugural Small Press & Art Book Fair at the Pacific Northwest College of Art from March 5-7, featuring more than 40 exhibitors specializing in independent publishing. The festival showcases risograph books, photo zines, small-edition art books, and experimental prints available for browsing and purchase. Notable exhibitors include Secret Room Press, Container Corps, Color Fantasy Press, and many others, alongside works from PNCA faculty, staff, and students. Most events are free with encouraged RSVPs. The schedule includes opening browsing Thursday and Friday evenings, the Dorothy Lemelson Lecture by Martha Naranjo Sandoval on Friday at 6 p.m., and Saturday workshops, panels, and shopping from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sandoval leads a zine workshop Saturday at noon for $7.
