The alleged offences involved gathering information and conducting reconnaissance of targets linked to the Jewish community in the London area between July 9 and August 15, 2025. Both men were arrested on March 6 and are scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court. The Crown Prosecution Service's Special Crime and Counter Terrorism Division authorized the prosecution following investigation by Counter Terrorism Police London and the Metropolitan Police's Counter Terrorism Command.
