Fossett-Lee expressed frustration, stating, 'That's how we get a lot of traction into the gym is from social media, people sharing.' His business was severely affected by the wrongful ban of the social media accounts.
Urbina expressed deep distress over his account deactivation, sharing, 'It was really upsetting for me to realize that everything that I'd built up over those years was just gone in an instant.' He faced swift denials in the appeal process, reinforcing the emotional toll.
Both users, Fossett-Lee and Urbina, reported similar experiences of having their accounts reinstated only after seeking outside assistance. The automated responses from Meta left them feeling helpless and misrepresented.
