The tool evaluates apps for COPPA compliance obligations including online notices, parental consent mechanisms, and location-data sharing within the digital advertising ecosystem. The tool assigns COPPA risk scores (low, medium, high, critical) to apps and supplies advertisers, agencies, publishers, regulators, and industry professionals with visibility into compliance risks to help close enforcement gaps.
