The combined company will join roughly 340,000 agents into a shared network with enhanced agent-to-agent referrals, Compass technology and Anywhere's title, escrow, mortgage and relocation services. Compass shareholders will own 78% of the combined company, Anywhere shareholders 22%, with an enterprise value of $10 billion, and Robert Reffkin will lead the company.
