"The sprawling $2.3 estate located at 7017 Senalda Road in Los Angeles includes Lynch's one-time primary residence, known as the the Beverly Johnson House, designed in 1963 by Lloyd Wright, son of Frank Lloyd Wright. The property also includes a building that served as the home of Lynch's production company, as well as his private editing suite and screening room which was immortalized on screen in Lost Highway."
"Marc Silver, one of the listing agents for the property, told the Wall Street Journal that the hope is for a fan of Lynch or a foundation to purchase the property and turn it into a museum. "It would be a very strong candidate for historical designation," Silver added. Lynch passed away in January 2025 at the age of 78. In June, his personal archive hauled in $4.25 million after going up for auction."
