Rocket Pro announced a strategic partnership with Compass under its Pro Purchase Power program, offering brokers an additional 40 basis points on top of existing 40 bps credits when working with Compass buyer agents. The partnership, part of a three-year alliance between Rocket Companies and Compass, will roll out in phases, initially connecting existing broker partners with Compass agents before proactively linking additional brokers. Rocket Pro also unveiled Jupiter, a new broker-branded loan origination system. Leadership emphasized the partnership addresses housing market stagnation caused by affordability and supply constraints. Monthly power plays will launch starting April 2026, with Rocket Pro leveraging Compass traffic and Mr. Cooper portfolio leads to benefit the broker community.
