Jeff White and Suleyka Bolaños achieved early retirement in their 30s through savvy real-estate investments, notably house hacking. Since 2017, they have acquired one rental property annually, utilizing various rental strategies including long-term and rent-by-the-room. Their method not only allowed them to live without housing costs but also generated cash flow that eclipsed their day job income. While their first investment was fraught with challenges, they refined their approach over time to focus on move-in ready properties, culminating in plans to reach ten properties by 2026.
"It's very unconventional," White told Business Insider.

Their extra savings and the cash flow from their rentals... allowed them to retire in their 30s.
