NFI Group Inc. has initiated leadership changes as part of its strategic initiative, Project Focus, aimed at improving operations in its bus manufacturing segment. Motor Coach Industries (MCI) has been established as a distinct unit led by President and CEO Paul Soubry. The initiative promotes Tom Wagner to Vice President of Private Sector Sales and Service, succeeding Brent Maitland, who is moving to another role. These changes are intended to improve operational excellence and customer relationships while ensuring a smooth transition in leadership.
