Ring video captured four people leaving a unit with boxes of presents, and tenants identified three of the four as employees of the property manager Domus Management Company. Video shows an employee attempting to disable the Ring camera at 2:04, others carrying wrapped gifts, and a heart-shaped wreath used to block the camera's view while an employee comments approvingly. A caregiver for an affected tenant detailed the stolen items.
