SF Urban Riders and Laguna Honda Hospital and Rehabilitation Center are collaborating to restore and improve a historic multi-use trail system on the Laguna Honda campus. Community volunteers are recruited to build and maintain trails, creating a recreational and educational destination for visitors and an asset to the hospital community. The restored trails will join the broader San Francisco trail network, enhancing access to wild and inviting open space within the city. Regular volunteer sessions take place every second Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at 375 Laguna Honda Blvd. Participation is free, and event details should be confirmed with the organizer.
