A physical altercation occurred Sunday afternoon on Santana Row in San Jose when three men approached and attacked two other men outside a restaurant. The victims, identified as Israeli American, were speaking Hebrew when the assault occurred. During the fight, the suspects allegedly used antisemitic language. Video evidence shows one man being knocked down while others repeatedly punch and kick him. The three suspects fled before police arrived. The two victims sustained minor injuries. As of Wednesday, police have not yet located evidence meeting the legal elements of a hate crime, though the investigation remains active and ongoing.
