This drug is creating a statewide crisis, leading to awareness campaigns by state officials. ‘It is 50 times stronger than heroin and 100 times stronger than morphine,’ said Dr. Shauna Simon.
‘Someone has to finally take a stand and say that this can't happen anymore,’ said Cedric Akbar, director of forensics with Westside Community Services.
