"Three people needed rescue after falling into McCovey Cove during Saturday night's game between the Giants and the Dodgers. According to the San Francisco Fire Department, three adults fell from a vessel into the water surrounding Oracle Park during the busy rivalry game. Luckily for them, the cove was filled with Giants fans on kayaks and in boats. "Private kayaks and a boat featuring a Ghostbusters logo" swept in to help, plucking the people from the water."
"Photos posted by SFFD on social media show a boat flying a Giants flag assisting with the rescue, along with a number of kayakers in Giants gear. SFFD did not specify what type of vessel the people fell from. Fire department EMS assessed the three people who fell in the water and found them "in good condition," the department wrote on X. SFFD asked that anyone recreating in SF Bay remembers to wear "life jackets at all times.""
