The White House would like to shut down a couple dozen missions in the science directorate. Artemis II appears far enough along that a February launch still seems possible if any government closure does not drag on for weeks. Rocket Lab intends to raise up to $750 million by selling common shares through a new at-the-market program replacing a prior $500 million arrangement, having already sold roughly $396.6 million. The program is meant to support Neutron rocket development and spacecraft manufacturing; the stock fell about 10% after the announcement.
