And there was no money at Raith Rovers. It would be interesting if I was at a club that had a blank cheque book, but myself and [assistant] Paul [Smith] have managed to duck and dive, bob and weave, to get the best team out on the park we can."
"We got a little money to get Louie up and a little money to get [striker] Brian Graham in, but that's about it,"
"No-one's ever talked to me. I am happy to be here and to be entertaining the fans here."
John McGlynn, 64, has led Falkirk to successive promotions as league champions and won PFA Scotland manager of the year twice. McGlynn is content helping Falkirk exceed expectations in the Premiership while operating with very limited transfer funds. The club secured the loan signing of 21-year-old Louie Marsh and added striker Brian Graham with only small sums available. McGlynn reports no approaches from other clubs despite vacancies at several Premiership sides and remains focused on entertaining Falkirk fans and preparing for an upcoming match at Celtic Park under Martin O'Neill.
