An SPFL tribunal has ordered Rangers to pay Dundee approximately £400,000 in compensation for midfielder Lyall Cameron. Cameron, 23, is a Dens Park academy graduate who signed a pre-contract with Rangers in February and completed a summer move to Ibrox. The two clubs could not agree on a compensation package, so the matter was referred to the SPFL. Cameron made ten appearances for Rangers before joining Aberdeen on loan for the remainder of the season last week. Dundee confirmed that the tribunal proceedings have concluded but said they were "unable to comment further due to tribunal's confidentiality clause". Rangers have 14 days from the decision to pay the fee.
