This agent can display agenda topics to all participants to keep the meeting's discussion points on track."
Microsoft is expanding Copilot integration across Teams to embed AI agents in meetings, communication channels, and Viva Engage. The new agents include meeting-focused features such as Facilitator, which creates agendas from invites or opening discussion, displays agenda topics to participants, and uses a conversational interface to surface key points and takeaways. Copilot will provide real-time collaborative note-taking, assign tasks, and generate audio meeting recaps. Users with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license will experience similar AI productivity capabilities inside Teams as in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, aimed at boosting workplace productivity and task management.
