"I'm learning to go slowly, not too fast too soon. It's probably the reason I got the fracture in the first place."
"I was like a caged lion for months, because I can't sit still. Now that we're going again I'm ready."
"It was incredible and the most beautiful experience,"
"honoured to have so many people come"
Zoe Langley-Wathen, 54, and Mike Langley, 73, plan to walk the coastline of mainland Great Britain, a 7,300-mile route, to raise £10,000 for Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance over about two years. The initial attempt began in October but stopped after 60 miles when Langley-Wathen suffered a stress fracture. The couple rented out their home and stayed in a friend's flat while she recovered. They will restart from Studland near Bournemouth on 4 February. Mike has had two new hips in three years but remains eager to continue. The couple previously walked thousands of miles together, including a 500-mile Camino honeymoon, and emphasize adventure benefits for health and resilience.
