Downtown San Jose became exceptionally lively, with every street packed and music filling the air from performance stages and lowriders cruising the streets. Street food was abundant throughout the area. San Pedro Square, SoFA, and Santa Clara Street all experienced booming activity. A free drone show at Discovery Meadows provided notable entertainment. The overall energy made downtown feel like a completely different city. Visitors were encouraged to come the next day to experience the events. There is hope that the heightened activity will continue as the new normal after the Super Bowl and World Cup conclude.
