Prince Harry, Elton John and David Furnish, Baroness Doreen Lawrence, Simon Hughes, Sadie Frost and Liz Hurley are bringing legal action against Associated Newspapers Limited over alleged unlawful information gathering. Associated Newspapers denies wrongdoing and is defending the claims, with the publisher scheduled to begin its opening speech on Tuesday afternoon. Harry attended the second day of the trial in London and sat behind his lawyers and Liz Hurley. The claims allege 14 articles from 2001 to 2013 show hallmarks of unlawful information gathering, including voicemail interception, causing distress and paranoia and raising serious security implications.
