Enoch Burke seeks Court of Appeal challenge to judgment barring him from school

Enoch Burke, a schoolteacher currently in jail, is attempting to appeal a High Court judgment from May 2023 that banned him from Wilson's Hospital School in Co Westmeath. Judge Alexander Owens ruled that the school had validly suspended Burke from his teaching position and issued a restraining order preventing him from attending the school premises. Burke is now seeking permission from the Court of Appeal to challenge this judgment, which has been in effect for nearly three years.
