"Westfield shopping centre in Stratford, east London, was evacuated after a fire broke out in one of its multi-storey car parks on Saturday afternoon. London Fire Brigade (LFB) said it was called to the shopping centre on Montfichet Road just after 16:00 BST. Around 12 vehicles were alight on the second floor of car park C, producing a significant amount of smoke, a spokesperson said."

About 70 firefighters and ten fire engines from Stratford, Poplar, Leytonstone and surrounding stations were sent to the scene. A 32-metre (105ft) turntable ladder was used to help extinguish the flames."
