They will face no further action in relation to allegations of murder and wilful neglect, police confirmed."
Dinah Manders, 88, and Rosemary Manders, 53, face charges of preventing a lawful and decent burial following the discovery of Glen Manders, 66, deceased in a vehicle at a business park in Helston, Cornwall. The man, originally from the Avon and Somerset area, was confirmed dead at the scene. Both women were initially arrested on suspicion of murder and wilful neglect of a person without mental capacity, but police confirmed they will face no further action on these charges. The women are scheduled to appear before magistrates in Truro on 26 March to address the burial prevention charges.
