Daniel Fazio, 38, an assistant coach with the New Milford Bulls, allegedly shoved a 7-year-old opposing player to the ground during a game against the Water-Oak Youth Football Team in Connecticut. The child was not injured. Fazio was promptly fired from his coaching position and arrested. He faces charges including second-degree breach of peace, disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a child. He posted a $20,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 2. The Bulls condemned the conduct and characterized the actions as not representative of the program's values.
