Microsoft plans a $15.2 billion technology investment in the UAE and had previously accumulated over 21,000 Nvidia GPUs via earlier licenses. The GPUs will support advanced AI models from OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source providers, and Microsoft itself. U.S. presidential remarks emphasized limits on exporting the most advanced chips.
