Tulsi Gabbard visited an elections hub in Fulton County, Georgia, while FBI agents executed a search warrant for records related to the 2020 election. The warrant sought all county ballots from the 2020 election, tabulator tapes, ballot images and voter rolls. Senator Jon Ossoff said constituents and much of the public were alarmed after Gabbard was seen in an FBI evidence truck and urged bipartisan pursuit of facts to determine whether the office of the director of national intelligence had strayed outside its lane. Senator Mark Warner called Gabbard unqualified and suggested either a legal reporting obligation or a partisan stunt.
