The accused shooter, Tyler Robinson, 22, confessed to his father and was taken into custody; he is held without bail on initial charges including aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm, and obstruction of justice. Robinson has no known prior criminal record; formal charges are expected at a hearing.
