A federal judge cleared Denmark's rsted to proceed with the Sunrise Wind project, allowing all five offshore wind projects halted in December to resume construction. rsted obtained an injunction against the interior department's stop-work order and said it would restart work immediately while continuing the underlying lawsuit. The interior department paused work citing national security concerns about radar interference and declined to comment on litigation. rsted has spent or committed more than $7bn on Sunrise Wind.
