Surveillance video shows Peters maneuvering a large cart toward a closet, entering the closet, then emerging to grab another inmate's neck and shove her into the middle of the room. The other inmate appears to be carrying cleaning supplies and previously moves the cart aside. Peters' defense alleged she was assaulted and faces criminal charges; state Corrections officials said no one was injured and no criminal charges have been filed.
