Serve as Office Manager and PA to the Operating Partner, acting as primary point for office operations and partner support. Welcome guests, handle mail, manage conference rooms, maintain supplies, coordinate vendors, and keep the workspace tidy and inviting. Manage preparatory accounting and payments by collecting invoices, receipts and bank statements, preparing payment runs and recording expenses using Candis and Pleo. Organise the Operating Partner's calendar, meetings and travel, coordinate materials and communications, and handle sensitive information with discretion. Support HR admin and onboarding processes. Anticipate and resolve issues independently to maintain smooth day‑to‑day operations and improve team experience.
