Fortnite launches a Simpsons season set on a brand-new, cel-shaded island modeled on Springfield and iconic series locations. The map is smaller than the standard Battle Royale island and reduces the player cap to 80, aiming for faster, more intense matches and possibly becoming a persistent Reload map after the season. The island features nine named locations, including the Nuclear Power Plant, Kamp Krusty, and Evergreen Terrace. Each round includes one randomly activated event that players can race to complete for high-tier loot. The map contains numerous Easter Eggs and uses authentic in-game visuals.
