GTA 6 Makes This GTA Actor "Feel Absolutely Nothing," Suggests Reading Instead
"Instead, Ogg said he prefers books. He encouraged people to read Crime and Punishment from Russian author Fyodor Dostoevsky. "Someone said, 'At some point, you should play GTA 5.' I said, 'Why?' They said, 'Because it's so great.' And I said, 'Well, one day you should read Dostoevsky's Crime and Punishment.' And then he went completely blank. Books are my thing," he said."
"Ogg was said to have recorded lines for a James Bond-like story DLC for GTA 5 that would have seen Trevor going undercover. However, that add-on obviously never happened, and it was reportedly scrapped because of the success of GTA Online. He's also said he hopes Trevor shows up in GTA 6 so the character can be killed off. Ogg is best known in gaming for GTA 5, but he's also known for playing Simon in more than 20 episodes of The Walking Dead."
Steven Ogg provided the voice and likeness for Trevor in GTA 5. He has never played GTA 5 or any video game and describes feeling no excitement about GTA 6. Ogg prefers books and recommends reading Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoevsky. He previously attempted gaming but struggled to progress. Ogg recorded lines for a scrapped James Bond–style GTA 5 DLC and has expressed hope that Trevor might appear and be killed off in GTA 6. His screen work includes The Walking Dead, Snowpiercer, Better Call Saul, and notable Old Spice commercials. He did earlier game roles in Alone in the Dark and Cursed Mountain.
