"Preorders for Phantasmal Flames haven't gone live yet. Players who want to try out the new expansion before launch will be able to do so during pre-release tournaments starting on November 1. Additionally, the Mega Evolution - Phantasmal Flames expansion will be available on the Pokemon TCG app starting on November 13 for iOS, Android, macOS, and PC. From there, players will be able to collect and battle with new Mega Evolution Pokemon ex cards. Players will also get in-game bonuses by logging into the app."
