Marvel Cosmic Invasion is a retro-inspired side-scrolling 2D pixel-art beat 'em up developed by Tribute Games, launching later this year. Tribute Games previously developed Mercenary Kings and TMNT: Shredder's Revenge, which were 2D co-op brawlers. The game will feature 15 playable heroes at launch, including newly confirmed Black Panther and Cosmic Ghost Rider. Black Panther is a widely recognized character who has appeared in multiple games, movies, and award-winning comics, gaining popularity in part from Chadwick Boseman's MCU performance. Cosmic Ghost Rider is an alternate-universe Punisher who became Ghost Rider and later a Herald of Galactus.
