A new Vienna property on two acres remained listed for 128 days. Buyers included partners at major law firms, a Washington Post editor, a physician, and an investment firm partner. Properties featured luxury amenities including pools, recreation rooms, multiple fireplaces, and extensive bedroom and bathroom configurations.
