Keller family entities purchased the property on Jan. 15 for $11 million recorded, $13 million with financing, after it listed for $29.5 million in September 2024. The ranch includes nearly 123 planted acres, a three-bedroom Victorian farmhouse, water tower, guest house and orchard. The Page family farmed the land for 134 years. The ranch has supplied fruit to producers including Duckhorn, Groth, Krug and The Prisoner. KHK Wines will use the ranch as the main Cabernet source; flagship wine retails at $79 and Hillside at $125.
