An Air India plane crashed shortly after takeoff from Ahmedabad to London Gatwick, killing 242 people. Several families report that remains were mixed up and say they still lack answers and apologies from Indian authorities. Miten Patel says a UK coroner found "other remains" in his mother's casket and demands an admission of mistake and an apology. The family of Fiongal Greenlaw-Meek said they received an incorrect body and described the situation as totally unacceptable. The Indian government said remains were handled "as per established protocols" with dignity and said it would work with UK authorities to address concerns. A lawyer represents 25 families.
