Anju said the will reflected mistrust because siblings were allegedly after property. Bhavenetta challenged the will in the High Court, arguing it was made two months before death while their father was terminally ill and frail in hospital. The court ruled against Anju, leaving her with no inheritance and facing over £400,000 in costs.
